Our courses are designed by professional, full time bodyguards with over 25 years experience in protecting some of the highest profile celebrities and businessmen in the world.

Our classes merge practical fitness, self defence techniques and situational awareness. They are tailored to help you combat the modern day challenges of work, home and play.

All instructors hold recognised qualifications in personal training, martial arts and BTEC Level 3 in Advanced Self Defence Instruction.

Really enjoyed this self-defence class, Angie and Sean were fantastic teachers. It was a friendly and easy-going atmosphere. You didn’t need any prior experience and the class was for all abilities, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried a self-defence class before. Practising the moves in the class was really useful - and Angie and Sean provided us with some really useful tips/tricks about being aware of your surroundings and avoiding confrontation. I’d definitely recommend this class for friends and colleagues – it’s a good starter or refresher class and easy to remember the moves afterwards. Very worthwhile.

Saw some great bodycam footage last night of an arrest of a shop lifter jointly between my officers and a policeman. One of the underarm holds (learnt from your great training session) with an officer either side was very successfully used on the suspect who was unable to struggle despite his attempts!
